• People Management
• Manage daily operations in the clinic premises for Patient safety, Health standards and overall operational/administrative transactions
• Strategic planning activity management to meet patient & revenue targets
• Ensure staff and doctors operate within all company policy and procedures
• Manage Customer Complaints and resolutions
• Maintain good standing with clients relationships, Internal Customers e.g. Doctors, employees, departmental
• Gather & analyze relevant activity data, revenue related for medical services
• Process applicable accreditations, licensing
• Manage practice controllable costs within the budget

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any medical Related Courses with corresponding PRC License i.e. Nurse, Medtech , Radtech.
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of working experience as supervisor or managerial position, in a healthcare environment.
• With good communication and interpersonal skills.
