Clinic Receptionist

About the role

A part-time receptionist position (9am to 5pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays) at a reputable psychology clinic near the Mascot Train Station. The role involves standard receptionist tasks in a healthcare setting where you will be the face of the business, supporting clients who may be in acute states of distress or experiencing mental health challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Answer client enquiries
• Help clients with bookings
• Manage the waiting list
• Maintain the practice's supplies and tidiness
• Assist individuals who may be in acute states of distress and/or have enduring mental health struggles

• Australian residency or visa to stay and work in the country for more than 24 months
• Prior work experience as a receptionist, especially in psychology practices, is desirable but not essential

Our psychology clinic is located in Mascot, conveniently situated just 3 minutes' walk away from Mascot Train Station. The practice is beautifully designed and fitted out. Our team is warm, respectful, and friendly. We are always fair, and try to be generous, flexible, and considerate whenever possible. Our staff turnover rate has always been very low.
