Clinic Receptionist

Location: Sta. Rosa, Laguna

We are looking for a professional, customer-oriented, and organized Clinic Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience in front desk operations, client relations, and payment processing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist clients in a warm, professional, and courteous manner
• Manage appointments and respond to client inquiries
• Process card payments and other transactions using POS/payment terminals
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure the reception area is clean and organized
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience

Qualifications:

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Associate, or in a similar role
• Experience using POS systems or payment terminals
• Previous experience in a luxury clinic, aesthetic clinic, spa, wellness center, or hospitality setting is preferred
• Strong communication skills; English-speaking applicants are preferred
• Professional appearance with excellent customer service skills
• Good numerical skills and attention to detail
• Willing to work extended hours and on a shifting schedule
