前台接待 / Clinic Receptionist

岗位职责 Responsibilities

• 接待来访客户，提供友好、专业的咨询与引导。
  Greet customers and provide friendly and professional guidance.
• 管理预约系统，安排客户时间并处理更改。
  Handle booking and scheduling via the clinic system.
• 接听电话、回复 WhatsApp / 微信 / Email 等咨询。
  Answer phone calls and respond to WhatsApp/WeChat/Email inquiries.
• 为客户办理登记、付款、开票等基本行政手续。
  Manage registration, payment, invoicing and other front-desk admin tasks.
• 维护前台环境整洁，营造舒适的候诊体验。
  Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
• 与治疗师、管理团队沟通协调，确保客户流程顺畅。
  Coordinate with therapists and the team to ensure smooth client flow.
• 协助简单的数据整理、库存记录或社媒内容上传（如需）。
  Assist with basic data entry, stock recording or content uploading when needed.

岗位要求 Requirements

• 性格细心、耐心、有服务意识。
  Detail-oriented, patient and customer-service minded.
• 良好的沟通能力，能与客户保持友好互动。
  Good communication skills with a friendly attitude.
• 基本英文沟通能力，会中文优先（可与华语客户交流）。
  Basic English communication; Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred.
• 熟悉电脑操作，如 Excel、预约系统或社交媒体。
  Proficient in basic computer tasks (Excel, booking systems, social media).
• 有前台、客服、行政相关经验者优先。
  Experience in receptionist, customer service or admin roles is a plus.
• 对健康、中医、保健行业有兴趣者优先。
  Interest in wellness, TCM or healthcare industry is an advantage.
• 能接受轮班或周末工作者优先。
  Willingness to work shifts or weekends is preferred.
