Clinic Receptionist

We are looking for a skilled Clinic Receptionist to join our team in Thakur Village, Kandivali East, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage front desk operations, including reception activities and calling. Also entering details in the computer software.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth clinic operations.
• Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.

Job Requirements :

• Proficient in reception, front desk, and receptionist activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic English speaking is highly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with office software and technology, as having basic knowledge of using a computer is highly expected.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
