Role Description

The Clinic Receptionist is a full-time role based in Uluwatu. This position is responsible for greeting clients, managing check-in and check-out processes, answering phone calls and messages, and coordinating appointment scheduling. Day-to-day duties include maintaining an organized reception area, verifying client information, assisting with forms and documentation, and liaising with medical and aesthetics staff to keep the schedule running smoothly. The Receptionist also supports basic administrative tasks, handles inquiries about services, and ensures a welcoming, professional experience for all visitors.

• Candidates should possess strong phone etiquette and core receptionist duties, including greeting clients and handling inquiries.

• Candidates should possess clear spoken and written communication skills and a professional, client-focused demeanor.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and comfort using clinic software and digital tools.
• Candidates should possess reliability in a hybrid work setting and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Previous experience in a clinic, spa, wellness center, or customer service role is beneficial; knowledge of aesthetics or longevity services is a plus.
