Clinic Receptionist

Job Overview

Nu Wave Laser Clinic is looking for a friendly, professional and organised Clinic Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, welcome clients, manage appointments and support the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic. Good spoken and written English, a positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide a friendly, professional reception service.
• Answer telephone calls, emails and client enquiries.
• Book, confirm and manage client appointments.
• Explain treatments and provide general information to clients.
• Complete and maintain client consultation forms and records accurately.
• Manage client payments and appointment schedules.
• Keep the reception area clean, tidy and organised.
• Assist therapists with daily clinic administration.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow clinic policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure clients have a positive experience.

Essential Requirements

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good organisational and administrative abilities.
• Professional, friendly and presentable manner.
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous reception or beauty clinic experience is desirable but not essential.

Pay: £12.80-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 60.0 per week
