Role Overview: This position involves providing direct patient care in a 24/7 Cancer Care Clinic, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. The role emphasizes

patient and family-centered care , education on illness management, medication administration, and post-treatment needs. Responsibilities include promoting patient safety, ensuring quality and compliance, developing and communicating individualized care plans, and assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient values and cultural considerations. The role requires working in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and safety consciousness.

Qualifications:

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Licenses: Valid RN license required.
• Experience: No experience required; 2+ years preferred.
