The Deep Dive Program

As a Clinic RN, you will be an integral player in our premier Deep Dive Program. Designed as a concierge-style "Medical Family Office," this program offers highly individualized care for a small cohort of patients. You will collaborate with Dr. David Haase and Lindsay Jost APRN, FNP-C our expert clinical team to coordinate advanced diagnostics, proactively support patients, and assist them to execute long-horizon health plans. In this role, you aren't just working alongside patients; you are stewarding their longevity and peak performance. This role is heavily biased towards relationship & case coordination and does not regularly involve hands on care tasks such as IV sticks, wound care & ADL assist.

Our Deep Dive Program is looking for a Full-Time RN (Monday-Friday in a Rotating Four 10 Hour Day Schedule) to join our Deep Dive team. The Deep Dive RN role is a once in a lifetime opportunity that provides a unique care team dynamic in combination with limitless learning.We’re looking for someone who is a fast learner and able to think on their feet to solve problems and address issues to help our patients thrive. You’ll need to thrive in situations that require time management and independent task completion. You’ll work closely with the rest of our Deep Dive team to provide timely, accurate, and efficient support for our patient’s needs. You’ll need to be ambitious and goal-oriented, stay calm under pressure and thrive in an environment where change is constant. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about wellness and eager to work in an environment where people’s health is a priority. • Have an enthusiasm for wellness and functional medicine and a positive, go-getter attitude
• Have a high level of follow through & receives immense joy from efficient task completion
• Are looking for a long term full time position to expand and grow within
• Have at least two years of prior nursing experience, preferably in the acute care or outpatient setting
• Love on the job learning and enjoys deepening into a care centered relationship with patients
• Excel in written electronic professional communication
• Are comfortable with learning new electronic medical record platforms & navigates technology with ease
• Are passionate about positive patient outcomes and expanding into new horizons of knowledge on ways in which the body can heal
• Are a true team player and values a cohesively focused work environment
• Are an exceptional & efficient communicator, someone who proactively addresses patient needs, team communications and represents our core values in every correspondence
• Are actively interested in learning about & supports alternative recommendations for patient care such as diet and other lifestyle interventions

Job duties

• Personalized complex patient care coordination
• Primary job duties involve much of the day working within the EMR, Direct Patient Communications & at a Laptop
• Timely professional communication
• Research and the facilitation of patient needs who live at a distance
• Frequent change and innovation within the team, patient care and beyond
• Excellence in the documentation of clinical care & patient communication
• Daily in office work environment that fosters health, healing & personal wellbeing

Education: RN either ADN or BSN

Experience: Nursing - Minimum of 2 years (Required)

Pay: $38.00 - $39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 – 40.0 per week
