Clinic Supervisor

SHINE Humanity Pakistan is expanding its healthcare services to Saiyidan Wala, Kasur District, and we are looking for a responsible and organized Clinic Supervisor to join our team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field
• 2–3 years of experience in clinic, hospital, healthcare, or NGO operations
• Strong team coordination and administrative skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing clinic staff, records, supplies, and daily operations
• Willingness to work in a community-based healthcare setting

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the clinic
• Coordinate and supervise clinic staff and support teams
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and staff performance
• Ensure availability of medicines, medical supplies, and other clinic requirements
• Maintain accurate clinic records and operational reports
• Coordinate with Medical, Pharmacy, Programs, Operations, and HR teams
• Ensure compliance with SHINE policies, SOPs, and operational standards
• Address day-to-day operational matters and escalate issues when required
• Support smooth patient flow and quality service delivery
• Ensure the clinic maintains a safe, clean, and professional environment

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kasur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
