Clinic Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and develop clinical staff to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of clinical care
• Perform nursing duties including blood-taking and injections
• Coordinate patients’ bookings and hospital admissions
• Assist doctors with appointment scheduling, bookings, enquiries and insurance billing
• Provide clerical support to doctors during consultations and examinations as needed, and follow up on patients’ reports
• Assist with any ad-hoc projects assigned

Job Requirements:

• HKDSE or above
• Experienced in blood taking and injection
• Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse qualification is a plus
• Responsible, proactive and well-organized
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua will be an advantage
