Clinic Supervisor | Manager

About the role

ADA VIVA Skin Care Center is seeking a committed and experienced Clinic Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our state-of-the-art healthcare facility in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our clinic, while providing exceptional customer service and leading a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
• Ensure the clinic maintains high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with healthcare regulations
• Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical team, including nurses, technicians, and support staff
• Liaise with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to address concerns and maintain a positive patient experience
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices to improve clinic efficiency and patient outcomes
• Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement process improvements and enhance the overall quality of care
• Oversee the maintenance of medical equipment and supplies, and ensure the clinic is well-stocked and prepared to serve patients

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 2years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a healthcare or medical setting
• Demonstrated expertise in managing the day-to-day operations of a healthcare facility, including staffing, scheduling, and regulatory compliance
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, staff, and other stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations, best practices, and quality standards
• A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment
