We are looking for a reliable, adaptable and hands-on Clinic Support Associate/ Floater who can support multiple treatment rooms and help keep daily clinic operations running smoothly.

This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people and is confident in learning how to prepare and operate around specialized wellness equipment.

Position Overview

The Clinic Support Associate will move between different treatment rooms throughout the day and assist practitioners, technicians and front-of-house staff as needed.

A major part of the role will involve preparing treatment rooms, helping set up equipment before client appointments, resetting rooms between clients and ensuring equipment and supplies are organized and ready for use.

Training will be provided for clinic-specific equipment and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms before client appointments.
• Assist with the setup and preparation of wellness equipment and machines according to clinic protocols.
• Move between treatment rooms throughout the day based on operational needs.
• Help practitioners and technicians prepare clients for appointments where appropriate.
• Reset, sanitize and organize treatment rooms between clients.
• Ensure machines, accessories, linens and treatment supplies are properly prepared.
• Monitor inventory levels in treatment rooms and restock supplies when required.
• Assist with robes, slippers, linens and other client amenities.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization and presentation throughout the clinic.
• Assist clients with basic non-clinical questions and direct clinical questions to the appropriate practitioner.
• Help escort clients to and from treatment rooms.
• Communicate with reception and practitioners regarding room availability and appointment flow.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Report equipment concerns, maintenance issues or unusual machine behaviour to management immediately.
• Follow all clinic safety procedures and equipment protocols.
• Provide general operational support wherever required during busy periods.

Experience in any of the following is an asset but not mandatory:

• Medical clinic
• Physiotherapy clinic
• Chiropractic clinic
• Spa or med spa
• Rehabilitation clinic
• Medical office
• Fitness or recovery centre
• Healthcare support role
• Equipment or treatment room setup

Previous experience with specialized wellness equipment is considered an asset, but training will be provided.

Important Scope of the Role

This is primarily an operational and client-support position. The Clinic Support Associate will not independently diagnose conditions, provide medical advice or perform clinical duties outside their qualifications.

Compensation

$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

The ideal candidate is someone who notices what needs to be done without always being asked. You should be comfortable moving between rooms, preparing equipment, supporting staff and helping maintain a polished and efficient client experience throughout the clinic.
