Job Responsibilities

To provide quality administrative support to the day-to-day operations of Clinical Department.

• Manage nurse rosters and update overtime schedules in Time Management System.
• Data entry for clinical assessments.
• Arrange transport for residents’ clinical appointments.
• Data collection, analysis and generate various reports for Nursing.
• Invoice processing and verification.
• Assist MED/MSW in processing vaccination and Medifund mailing.
• Impart knowledge to train team members.
• Improve and enhance the current working process to align with best and compliant practices.
• Provide any miscellaneous admin support to Nursing Department as assigned by Head of Nursing

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or any other relevant disciplines
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in similar sector
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Meticulous and attention to details
• Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office software (especially Excel) and quick to pick up new software skills
