Clinical Application Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Take charge of the design and continuous optimization of clinical workflow for CT products.
2. Be responsible for system testing and clinical validation.
3. Undertake work related to clinical transformation and TTT training for new products and new versions.
4. Assist in resolving clinical issues encountered by customers during product usage, especially for newly launched products. Collect user feedback to improve customer satisfaction and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Job Requirements

1. Master’s degree or above, majoring in Imaging Medicine, Clinical Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Radiation Oncology, Radiation Physics or other related disciplines.
2. Possess outstanding communication, presentation and persuasion skills, strong customer service awareness and excellent teamwork capabilities.
3. Demonstrate solid analytical skills and ability to respond flexibly to unexpected situations.
4. Proficient in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
5. Meticulous, patient, highly responsible and capable of working under pressure.
6. Able to work independently under work pressure, with strong willingness and capability for self-directed learning.

Additional Notes

Candidates with prior hospital working experience are preferred.
