About the role

Lead the Clinical & Application Support function to ensure ventilator and respiratory equipment are effectively applied in hospital settings, support sales initiatives, and enhance clinical credibility for both capital sales and rental/leasing operations. This role bridges clinical expertise with commercial objectives, ensuring safe, effective, and optimized use of respiratory equipment in hospitals nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage RT supervisors and hospital-based RTs, assigning clinical and rental-focused responsibilities, mentoring staff, and tracking performance against KPIs
• Provide expert clinical application support, including product demonstrations, installations, go-lives, and escalation of complex ventilator and patient safety issues
• Support sales and tender activities by delivering clinical justification, hospital education, and guidance on capital, rental, and leasing solutions
• Develop and deliver standardized clinical education and training for hospital teams, ensuring consistent messaging and SOP adherence
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Leasing, Service, Marketing, and principals to ensure seamless hospital support and continuous clinical improvement

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy required; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field is an advantage
• Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist
• At least 1 year experience as a Clinical Applications Specialist is preferred
• Experience in medical equipment lease programs or hospital coordination is a plus
• Leadership and people management skills
• Clinical training and education delivery capability
• Product demonstration, installation, and go-live support experience
• Problem-solving and escalation of complex clinical issues
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Leasing, Service, and Marketing
• Willing to travel and support hospitals nationwide
