This role is based in Georgetown, Penang.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales opportunities with hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers, and homecare customers.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide training on proper product usage and safety.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Provide after-sales support, including customer follow-up, basic troubleshooting, and service coordination.
• Install, set up, check, and perform basic servicing or maintenance of medical devices when required.
• Gather customer feedback and market information to support sales and business improvement.
• Maintain proper records of sales activities, customer interactions, service reports, and equipment history.
• Assist in monitoring demo units, spare parts, consumables, and inventory when required.
• Carry out duties professionally and in accordance with company policies, ethical standards, and safety requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the company from time to time.

Qualification:

• Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Science, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Candidates from medical, allied health, biomedical technician, or biomedical engineering backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• A background or working experience in biomedical engineering will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

• Candidates with at least two years of experience in medical device sales, healthcare sales, or technical service support will have an added advantage.
• Strong communication, customer service, and presentation skills.
• Sales-driven, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Able to provide basic hands-on equipment support and troubleshooting.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel for customer visits.
