Clinical Applications Operations Digital Program Leader

For our client, we are seeking a Clinical Applications Operations Digital Program Leader to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will own the operational support and coordination needed to keep clinical learning applications running smoothly across course publishing, maintenance, and compliance-related workflows. The position partners closely with help desk, development, and training teams to resolve technical issues, improve functionality, and strengthen the end-to-end user experience. It also includes evaluating AI technologies that could enhance learning application performance and support future improvements.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Support course publishing and maintenance within learning application systems
• Ensure course setup is accurate and includes complete compliance details
• Review courses before and after publishing for functionality
• Manage complex help desk escalations and troubleshoot technical issues
• Assist teams with compliance and course maintenance questions
• Oversee feature requests and coordinate with development teams on improvements
• Conduct research on AI technologies relevant to learning applications

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in clinical applications or learning technologies
• Proficiency in course authoring and publishing tools
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of learning system processes and standards
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
