Clinical Assistant and Support

About the role

The Medical Assistant is responsible for assisting in clinical procedures, supporting training sessions, managing patient coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare all materials and consumables for trainings and procedures
• Assist doctors during treatments, hands-on sessions, and demonstrations
• Manage patient flow, documentation, and consent forms
• Ensure smooth execution of training sessions and clinic activities
• Maintain organized records of patients and training attendees
• Conduct follow-ups for post-treatment monitoring (e.g., Day 1, Day 7, Day 30)
• Assist in securing patient documentation such as photos and consent forms
• Confirm training attendees and send reminders/instructions
• Assist in organizing and preparing training logistics
• Process certificates and maintain training records

About you

• At least a vocational graduate or with relevant medical-related training
• Experience in a clinic or medical setting is an advantage
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn and take initiative
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of medical procedures is an advantage
