Full-Time Clinical Assistant

Reports to: Director of Clinical Administration

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients appointment no-shows and overdue clinical and administrative orders, coordinating timely follow-up and rescheduling.
• Manage patient health forms.
• Support the coordination, tracking, and reporting of immunization records in compliance with public immunization information system and program requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely electronic health record (EHR) data entry and support pre-charting for immunizations, laboratory testing, and preventive health screenings.
• Monitor clinical and dental supply inventory and support timely replenishment.
• Support quality assurance activities, program reporting, and patient follow-up related to identified diseases and health conditions.
• Maintain accurate records, data entry, archiving, and report generation.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to clinical programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Health care education or related academic background preferred
• Bilingual in English and Chinese
• Strong computer skills required
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
