Clinical Assistant

Provide quality customer service to patients and clients at the Centre.

Manage daily administrative duties, including client appointment booking, registration, record-keeping, handling client enquiries, promotion and marketing activities, and other relevant tasks as guided by physiotherapy staff.

Prepare daily and monthly attendance and revenue reports.

Assist in inventory management and equipment maintenance, including stocktaking and procurement processes.

Assist physiotherapists with clinical work.

Provide relief support for other supporting and administrative staff, as required.

Work off campus and outside normal office hours when required to meet specific operational needs.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Five passes in HKCEE/HKDSE, including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics.

Proficiency in MS Office and English and Chinese word processing.

Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Putonghua would be an advantag

Possess good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.

Be pleasant, mature, proactive, responsible, and enthusiastic about providing direct client service and care.

Possess relevant experience in a centre or clinical setting.
