Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Company Overview:

Essential Speech and ABA Therapy, a leader in providing comprehensive ABA, speech, and occupational therapy, is launching a new franchise clinic in Spring, Texas. Our mission is to deliver exceptional, evidence-based interventions for children aged 18 months to 6 years on the autism spectrum. We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and clinically experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of establishing a new center and to work closely with an enthusiastic owner who values quality care.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland-3, etc.)

• Develop and implement individualized, research-based client programs

• Monitor client progress and make program adjustments as needed

• Lead weekly parent training sessions and provide progress updates

• Supervise interns and RBTs within the center

• Participate in weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service training

• Manage insurance-related tasks (pre-authorization requests)

• Ensure safety protocols are followed

• Maintain 25-28 billable hours per week

• Support a caseload of 8-12 clients with assistance from a BCaBA or Lead RBT

• Collaborate with the site owner and office manager to support clients and families

• Coordinate care with on-site speech and OT providers

Qualifications:

• BACB Certification

• BLS / CPR certification

• Clear criminal background check

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

• Thorough understanding of behavioral theory and applied behavior analysis

Salary:

Starting at $85,000 - $90,000 per year
