Clinical Compliance & Improvement Associate

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Compliance & Improvement Associate to join our team at Ruputed Pharmaceutical Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in clinical compliance and improvement.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement effective clinical compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in clinical trials and research studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that enhance clinical trial delivery.
• Provide training and guidance on clinical compliance matters to staff members.
• Monitor and report on clinical compliance metrics to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with non-compliance in clinical trials and research studies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as pharmacy, medicine, or life sciences.
• Proven experience in clinical compliance and improvement within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements governing clinical trials and research studies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
