Clinical Contract Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Contract Specialist to join our team at Ruputed Pharmaceutical Company, located in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical contracting and a proven track record of success.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and negotiate clinical contracts with clients and vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze and interpret complex contractual data to inform business decisions.
• Provide expert guidance on contract management and dispute resolution.
• Ensure timely completion of projects and tasks within budget constraints.
• Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents and agreements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical contracting or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and laws.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in contract management software and tools.
