Job Summary

Capital Diagnostic Centre (CDC) is looking for a Clinical Coordinator to coordinate and monitor day-to-day clinical operations and ensure smooth communication and workflow between doctors, clinical staff, patients, and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinical activities and ensure smooth workflow.

• Coordinate with doctors, medical staff, patients, and relevant departments.

• Monitor patient flow and assist in resolving operational issues.

• Coordinate appointments, schedules, and clinical requirements.

• Maintain accurate clinical and administrative records.

• Ensure compliance with CDC policies and procedures.

• Support doctors and clinical staff in daily operational matters.

• Handle and coordinate patient-related concerns professionally.

• Monitor the overall functioning of clinical areas.

• Prepare and maintain required reports and documentation.

• Ensure effective communication between clinical and administrative teams.

• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Life Sciences, or a relevant field.

• Previous experience in a hospital, diagnostic centre, clinic, or healthcare organization will be preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent coordination and organizational abilities.

• Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
