Nonprofit Supportive Housing Program

A mission-driven nonprofit organization is seeking an experienced Clinical Coordinator to provide clinical leadership and hands-on support within a supportive housing program. This role combines staff supervision, case management, and program oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support clinical case management staff.
• Maintain a small caseload and provide supportive counseling and referrals.
• Coordinate tenant referrals, intake, treatment needs, and community services.
• Assist with crisis management using a trauma-informed approach.
• Ensure accurate and timely case documentation.
• Prepare required reports for government funders.
• Support the Program Director with daily operations and provide leadership in their absence.
• Participate in staff hiring, training, and team meetings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or related field preferred; bachelor’s degree with significant relevant experience considered.
• Experience in supportive housing, behavioral health, social services, or case management.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and crisis-management skills.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility based on program needs.
