Clinical Customer Service Exec

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Clinical Customer Service Executive to join a growing health and wellness clinic in Petaling Jaya. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between patients and our clinical team, handling inquiries, managing clinic schedules, and providing basic clinical support.

Main Responsibilities:

• Client Care & Communication: Manage patient inquiries via WhatsApp and phone regarding clinic services, consultation fees, and wellness programs.
• Triage & Referrals: Identify patient needs and refer complex cases requiring medical assessment to attending doctors.
• Appointment Coordination: Handle end-to-end booking, confirmation, rescheduling, and sending pre-appointment guidelines to clients.
• Basic Clinical Support: Assist with basic clinical procedures and accurately record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, SpO₂).
• Follow-up & Operations: Follow up with prospects/clients on inquiries and ensure seamless handover among clinic staff while maintaining strict patient confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Nursing, Medical Assistant, Healthcare, Health Science, or related field.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (to communicate with a multilingual client base).
• Prior experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is a strong advantage.
• Basic knowledge of clinical terms and vital signs taking.
• Excellent communication, task management, and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information:

• Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM - Alternate Weekend Shift: Sat (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM) OR Sun (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM) (Off on the alternate weekend day)
• Remuneration: Basic Salary + Commission
