- Communicate with clinical trial participants by phone, email, SMS, or approved study communication platforms.
- Assist patients with study onboarding, appointment reminders, diaries, questionnaires, and device-related questions.
- Provide clear instructions about study activities according to approved protocols and scripts.
- Track patient engagement, missed activities, and potential participation barriers.
- Escalate medical questions, adverse event reports, and protocol concerns to authorized clinical personnel.
- Document all participant interactions accurately in study systems.

- Understand clinical trial site workflows, from screening and enrollment through follow-up and study closeout.
- Support scheduling, visit tracking, and communication with research sites.
- Coordinate follow-up on incomplete study activities and outstanding documentation.
- Work with site coordinators, project managers, and other clinical operations personnel.
- Maintain study trackers, operational reports, and relevant databases.
- Help identify workflow gaps that could affect study timelines or data quality.
