Clinical Dietitian

Duties-

• 20 hours in ESRD setting providing support and care to the dialysis patient
• Conduct patient assessments to determine nutritional needs and develop plans
• Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients and their families
• Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to diet plans as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal nutrition outcomes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition

Qualifications-

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics
• Maintain registration with The Commission on Dietetics
• Current PA license and minimum of one year professional work experience in
  clinical nutrition as a registered dietician
