Clinical Direct Support Professional

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Clinical Direct Support Professionals to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with diverse needs. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Schedule: 7am - 3pm Monday - Friday

PAY: $20/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
• Support clients in developing and maintaining independence skills
• Implement individualized care plans under the supervision of clinical staff
• Monitor and document clients’ progress, behaviors, and health status
• Foster a safe, respectful, and positive environment for clients
• Collaborate with team members, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Respond promptly to clients’ needs and emergencies, following established protocols

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid) preferred

• Prior experience in a healthcare, social services, or support role is advantageous

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards clients

• Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and sensitivity

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

• Valid Driver's License

• Auto Insurance policy with minimum policy coverage - $100,000/$300,000

• Must be at least 18 years old.
