LEAD. DEVELOP. MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
Cornerstone YouthFamily Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Clinical Director to lead clinical practice and service quality for our Region 8 Wraparound program in Shreveport.
This is a key leadership position responsible for strengthening clinical practice, supporting our Wraparound leadership team, and ensuring that children, youth, and families receive high-fidelity, family-driven, youth-guided services consistent with Louisiana's Coordinated System of Care (CSoC) and Wraparound standards.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Clinical Director will:
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, consultation, and mentorship to Wraparound Supervisors, the Clinical Assessor, and staff.
- Provide guidance on complex cases, crisis situations, safety planning, and high-risk youth.
- Champion Wraparound fidelity and strengthen staff competency and practice.
- Ensure compliance with LDH, Medicaid, and licensure standards
- Monitor clinical quality, documentation, outcomes, and compliance.
- Support quality improvement, program integrity, and corrective action initiatives.
- Promote trauma-informed, strengths-based, family-driven, and youth-guided practice.
- Support staff development, coaching, training, and professional growth.
- Collaborate with schools, child welfare, juvenile justice, behavioral health providers, and other community partners.
- Serve as a strong clinical voice within Cornerstone's Region 8 leadership team.
- Complete LDH/OBH required wraparound trainings
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a clinical leader-not simply a clinician-who can develop people, provide sound clinical judgment, build strong relationships, and hold teams accountable while maintaining a supportive and collaborative culture.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related clinical field.
- Current Louisiana clinical license appropriate for supervision (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
- At least 5-7 years of clinical experience working with children, youth, and families.
- Experience providing clinical supervision and/or clinical leadership.
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed, strengths-based, and family-centered practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Experience with Louisiana CSoC Wraparound or systems-of-care models preferred.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
WHY CORNERSTONE?
This is an opportunity to help build and strengthen a Wraparound program, develop professionals, improve service quality, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families throughout Region 8.
