What they need
Full-Time | Leadership | Healthcare Operations
OrthoLazer is seeking a Clinic Director to lead the day-to-day operations, team performance, patient experience, and continued growth of our clinic.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, knows how to lead people, holds a high standard for patient care and service, and takes ownership of the numbers.
The Clinic Director will serve as the operational leader of the practice — ensuring that the clinic runs exceptionally well while creating an environment where patients feel cared for, employees feel accountable and supported, and referring providers view OrthoLazer as a trusted partner.
What You’ll Own
Clinic Operations
- Lead all day-to-day clinic operations and ensure efficient patient flow and scheduling
- Maintain high standards for patient experience, service, cleanliness, and professionalism
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions
- Ensure clinic policies, procedures, and compliance standards are consistently followed
- Partner with ownership and corporate leadership on strategic initiatives and operational improvements
Team Leadership & Accountability
- Lead, coach, develop, and hold the clinic team accountable to clearly defined expectations
- Establish a culture of ownership, teamwork, urgency, and professionalism
- Conduct regular team meetings and individual performance conversations
- Recognize strong performance while addressing performance issues quickly and appropriately
- Help recruit, onboard, train, and retain high-quality team members
- Set the tone for a positive, accountable, patient-first culture
Financial & Business Performance
- Own key clinic performance metrics and work with ownership to achieve financial and growth objectives
- Monitor scheduling, patient volume, cancellations, collections, utilization, and other operational KPIs
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, patient retention, and clinic efficiency
- Maintain strong controls around payments, documentation, and administrative processes
- Understand the relationship between operational execution and financial performance
Patient Experience
- Ensure every patient receives an exceptional experience from scheduling through completion of care
- Personally address patient concerns and service issues when necessary
- Create a culture where patients are treated with urgency, respect, and genuine care
- Monitor patient feedback and use it to improve the clinic experience
Referral & Community Development
- Help maintain and strengthen relationships with physicians, physical therapists, athletic trainers, employers, and other referral partners
- Support community outreach and local marketing initiatives
- Work with the team to ensure referral sources receive timely, professional communication
- Help identify opportunities to expand awareness of OrthoLazer within the local healthcare community

- Understands that culture and performance go hand-in-hand
- Is comfortable working directly with ownership and senior leadership
- Brings energy, urgency, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help people
Preferred Experience
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- Healthcare, medical practice, physical therapy, orthopedic, wellness, or other patient-facing experience preferred
- Experience managing budgets, KPIs, scheduling, staffing, and operational metrics
- Experience with EMR/practice-management systems preferred

We’re particularly interested in someone who is:
A leader. A problem solver. A people person. An operator.
Someone who walks into a situation and thinks:

You should be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, jumping into the front lines when needed, and holding yourself and others to a high standard.
We believe the best clinic cultures are built by leaders who care deeply about people while maintaining high expectations.
