What they need
Are you an experienced MSK physiotherapist ready to take the next step in your career?
At Move Physio, we're entering an exciting phase of growth. Having established ourselves as one of the leading private physiotherapy and rehabilitation providers in Twickenham and Teddington, we're continuing to develop our services, invest in our teams and grow our presence.
We're looking for an experienced and ambitious physiotherapist to join us as a Clinical Director at our flagship clinic.
This is an opportunity to combine clinical excellence with leadership, team development and business growth. You'll work alongside our three other Clinical Directors across our four clinics, sharing ideas and contributing to the continued success of Move Physio.
At Move Physio, we're building premium private MSK clinics focused on outstanding patient care, clinical excellence and sustainable growth. We prioritise quality over quantity, giving our clinicians the facilities and support to deliver exceptional outcomes.
If you're looking to broaden your influence beyond your own caseload and develop your leadership skills within a growing business, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
We're looking for a confident, experienced MSK physiotherapist who is ready to take on greater clinical leadership responsibilities while continuing to develop their own clinical practice.
You'll contribute to the ongoing success of our flagship clinic through:
Clinical Leadership & Development
- Maintaining high standards of assessment, treatment and rehabilitation.
- Supporting and mentoring clinicians, sharing knowledge and encouraging professional development.
- Contributing to clinical case discussions, outcome tracking and continuous improvement.
Team Development
- Helping build a positive, collaborative and high-performing team.
- Supporting colleagues with clinical reasoning, training and professional development.
- Identifying opportunities to improve how we work and the service we provide.
Clinic Performance & Growth
- Improving patient experience, engagement and retention.
- Developing relationships with GPs, consultants and other referral partners.
- Supporting community workshops, events and referral growth.
- Identifying opportunities to develop services and improve clinic performance.
Wider Business & Leadership
Working alongside the other Clinical Directors, you'll contribute to clinical standards, service development and new initiatives across our four clinics. You'll have the opportunity to share ideas, learn from experienced colleagues and help shape the future of a growing multi-site physiotherapy business.
What Makes Move Physio Different?
We're not a volume clinic focused on seeing as many patients as possible. We believe excellent clinical care and a premium patient experience create the foundations for a successful, sustainable business.
Across our clinics, facilities include five fully equipped treatment rooms, dedicated Pilates studios and fully equipped rehabilitation gyms, supporting patients from initial assessment through to full recovery.
Our approach prioritises:
- Longer appointment times and high-level communication.
- Structured rehabilitation planning and measurable outcomes.
- Clinical excellence and ongoing professional development.
- Patient retention and long-term relationships.
- Professional, premium service standards.
We actively encourage case discussions, CPD, special interest development and clinical audit, helping our clinicians continue to develop their skills and deliver excellent patient care.
About You
You'll ideally have:
- A degree in Physiotherapy and current HCPC registration.
- Strong MSK clinical experience, ideally within private practice.
- Experience mentoring, supervising or supporting other clinicians.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An understanding of patient experience, retention and the commercial realities of private healthcare.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, service development and team growth.
Previous experience as a Clinical Director, Clinical Lead or senior clinician would be advantageous. We're also interested in ambitious senior physiotherapists ready to take the next step into leadership.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who combines excellent clinical skills with initiative, strong people skills and a genuine interest in helping both colleagues and the wider business succeed.
