Who We're Looking For
You don't have to be an experienced Clinical Director to be a great leader.
We're looking for a Physical Therapist who loves treating patients but also wants to make a greater impact through leadership, mentorship, and clinic growth.
You may be an established Clinical Director or an experienced therapist ready to take the next step. What matters most is your clinical excellence, initiative, accountability, and desire to build something meaningful.
If you have an entrepreneurial mindset and are excited about the possibility of eventually becoming a clinic owner, HealthQuest offers an opportunity to develop your leadership skills while continuing to provide exceptional patient care.
Be the therapist you set out to become—and build a future beyond the treatment table.
