Clinical Director

SpringPath Mental Health Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides behavioral health services through Intensive Residential Treatment, Assertive Community Treatment, and Targeted Case Management programs. We are seeking a licensed Clinical Director to lead our Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) program serving adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders. This leadership role combines clinical oversight, program management, staff development, and direct client impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for all program services
• Manage admissions, discharges, and treatment planning
• Conduct diagnostic assessments, risk assessments, and LOCUS evaluations
• Supervise and develop clinical staff through coaching, training, and performance management
• Provide direct clinical services and crisis intervention support
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements, CARF standards, and regulatory guidelines
• Monitor program outcomes, quality assurance measures, and documentation
• Oversee program operations, budgeting, staffing, and census goals
• Participate in on-call rotation

Qualifications Required:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Active LICSW, LPCC, LP, or LMFT license
• Minimum 4,000 hours of post-master's experience working with individuals with mental illness
• Experience conducting diagnostic assessments
• Strong leadership, clinical, and organizational skills

Preferred

• 2+ years of clinical supervisory experience
• IRTS or residential behavioral health experience
