What they need
Key Responsibilities:
- Review inpatient charts for documentation accuracy and completeness
- Identify documentation gaps and raise physician queries
- Support ICD-10 coding and DRG assignment/compliance
- Conduct retrospective reviews for Mortality, HAC & PSI cases
- Collaborate with providers to improve clinical documentation quality
Eligibility:
- Graduate in MMBS
- 4+ years of overall experience
- Minimum 2+ years of Clinical experience in ICU / Emergency Department
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in CDI / IPDRG / DRG
- Strong knowledge of Anatomy, Pathophysiology & Pharmacology
- Good understanding of ICD-10, MS-DRG / APR-DRG
- CDIP / CCDS / CDEI certification preferred
