Clinical Front Desk

Overview
ARZ Massage & Wellness is growing! We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and motivated Front Desk to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience at our clinic.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and managing client appointments through JaneApp
• Processing payments and handling direct billing for ICBC and extended health benefits
• Managing communication channels including phone calls, emails, and faxes
• Assisting clients with questions, concerns, and service guidance
• Delivering exceptional customer service with a positive, knowledgeable approach
• Maintaining cleanliness and ensuring clinic spaces are sanitized
• Protecting client confidentiality and handling health records with care
• Providing administrative support and other front-desk duties as needed

Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and welcoming client interaction
• High attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
• Flexible, adaptable, and quick to learn new processes
• JaneApp experience – minimum 1 year (required)
• ICBC & Extended Health direct billing experience – minimum 1 year (required)
• Customer service or administrative background – 1 year preferred
• Medical Office Assistant (MOA) education or related training – an asset

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
