Clinical Implementation Director

For our client, we are seeking a Clinical Implementation Director to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will lead clinical education and implementation support for healthcare provider practices, helping them incorporate a specialty therapeutic into real-world workflows. The position requires strong clinical credibility, the ability to build trust with providers, and close collaboration with sales and operations teams to improve adoption and onboarding outcomes. You will also help practices operationalize best practices for administration, training, and center-of-excellence development across a complex specialty care environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $210,000 – $230,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Educate provider practices on the product's mechanism of action and appropriate usage criteria
• Guide practices in integrating the therapy into clinical workflows
• Identify and resolve barriers to adoption
• Teach practices how to set up a center of excellence for the therapy
• Conduct in-person and virtual training on handling and administration
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource for therapy-related questions
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations to support customer and onboarding needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field required
• Registered Nurse required; PA-C, NP, CNS, or OCN preferred
• 10+ years of hands-on nursing experience required
• 3+ years of clinical experience, preferably in oncology or specialty therapeutics
• Experience with centers of excellence preferred
• Field-based nurse educator or clinical specialist experience preferred
• Familiarity with buy-and-bill and specialty pharmacy dynamics preferred
