Clinical Insights Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Insights Analyst to join our team at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research and data analysis, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Analyze complex clinical trial data to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions.
• Develop and maintain databases and systems to track and manage clinical trial data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new clinical trials and studies.
• Provide expert-level support for data-driven decision making across the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in clinical research.
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on clinical trial conduct and data management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences discipline or related field.
• Proven experience in clinical trial management, data analysis, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial protocols, informed consent forms, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
