Clinical Instructor

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions for nursing students and staff as per the prescribed curriculum and hospital requirements.
• Supervise students during clinical postings, ensuring proper patient care, nursing procedures, and adherence to safety standards.
• Demonstrate and evaluate nursing procedures, clinical skills, and patient-care practices.
• Assess students’ clinical performance and provide regular feedback and guidance for improvement.
• Coordinate with nursing faculty and hospital departments for effective clinical training and student postings.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection-control practices, NABH standards, and nursing procedures.
• Maintain records of clinical attendance, skill assessments, competencies, and student performance.
• Support orientation, induction, skill-lab training, and continuing education programmes for nursing students and staff.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
