What they need
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide nursing students during clinical duties and RLE.
- Demonstrate and teach proper nursing procedures and patient care practices.
- Monitor and evaluate students' clinical performance and competencies.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and guidance to improve students' clinical skills.
- Coordinate with hospitals and clinical affiliates regarding student activities and requirements.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
- With Master's Degree in Nursing
- With at least one (1) year of hospital experience
- With at least one (1) year of experience in the field of specialization
- With strong clinical, teaching, communication, and student-supervision skills
- Knowledgeable in RLE/clinical instruction and current nursing standards
