Clinical Instructor (7)

The Clinical Instructor is responsible for supervising and mentoring students during their clinical training in healthcare or educational settings. This role bridges theoretical learning with practical application, ensuring students acquire professional competencies, ethical standards, and clinical proficiency. The position contributes to school’s mission by supporting student development, enhancing clinical education quality, and participating in institutional and community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow assigned working hours and ensure clinical sessions are conducted on time.

• Maintain a professional appearance and comply with school policies, clinical regulations, and ethical standards.

• Build respectful, professional, and trusting relationships with students and colleagues.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with students, faculty, clinical staff, and administrators.

• Collaborate effectively with faculty and clinical teams to achieve program goals.

• Demonstrate accountability, reliability, and responsibility in teaching and clinical duties.

• Address and resolve clinical, instructional, and student-related concerns appropriately.

• Participate in professional development activities, including workshops, seminars, conferences, and training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field

• Valid professional license

• Minimum of two years or above academic experience

• Strong clinical expertise, decision-making, teaching, coaching, and assessment skills, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in educational technologies and clinical documentation, competence in evaluating clinical performance and providing structured feedback, experience in simulation-based education

• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary clinical teams.
