Clinical Instructor (Part Time)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Clinical Instructor to supervise and guide students during clinical practice, develop their practical skills, and ensure safe and effective patient care.

Job Responsibilities:

Clinical Instructor

• Perform clinical placement teaching at any hospitals or clinics as assigned by College.
• Provide appropriate clinical experiences and ward assignments for the students through effective guidance and supervision.
• Manage skill laboratory inventories, practical rooms and stimulation wards.
• Create a conducive learning environment for students.
• Write and submit the students’ clinical posting reports.
• Monitor students’ attendance and performance.
• Monitor students’ progress and guide them during their clinical postings.
• Help in carrying out OSCE exam.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Diploma in Nursing or a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Valid practicing Annual Practice Certificate from Malaysian Nursing Board.
• Possession of Post-Basic Certificate or Advanced Diploma from the Malaysian Nursing Board.
• Necessary to have at least 5 years of experience in clinical areas.
• Community experience or post-basic specialty in Obstetrics Nursing and Pediatric Nursing, Community Health Nursing or Gerontology and Medical Surgical Nursing is an added advantage.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently as a team member as well as independently.
