Clinical Instructor Professional

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Instructor to join our team at Ruputed Pharmaceutical Company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research and development, with excellent teaching and mentoring skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for clinical trial staff on Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor compliance with GCP guidelines and provide coaching and feedback to investigators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver educational materials and resources for clinical trials.
• Provide guidance on regulatory requirements and company policies to clinical trial staff.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as biology, pharmacy, or medicine.
• Proven experience in clinical research and development, preferably in an instructional role.
• Strong knowledge of GCP principles and regulations governing clinical trials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to travel frequently to sites across the country.
• Familiarity with educational technologies and software applications used in training and development.
