Pay: $55 - $60/hr

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Clinical Laboratory Scientist for a 13-week contract assignment in Templeton, California. The ideal candidate has an active CA CLS license, at least 1 year of clinical laboratory experience, EPIC experience, and a reliable, adaptable approach for a fast-paced laboratory setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of clinical laboratory tests on biological specimens.
• Review, evaluate, document, and report laboratory results accurately.
• Follow laboratory safety, quality control, and maintenance protocols.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate laboratory documentation.
• Use EPIC to document and manage laboratory results.
• Assist with training and supervision of laboratory trainees and laboratory support staff.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of laboratory testing.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient laboratory environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of clinical laboratory experience.
• Active California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license.

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
