Take the next step in your mental health career with a Clinical Lead role at headspace Orange, providing clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team supporting young people aged 12–25.

This is an opportunity to combine clinical leadership, supervision and service development while maintaining a small clinical caseload.

About the Role

• Provide clinical leadership, consultation and guidance to clinicians
• Oversee clinical service delivery and support high-quality, evidence-based care
• Provide clinical supervision, mentoring and support to team members
• Lead multidisciplinary clinical reviews and manage clinical escalations
• Support caseload management, referrals, waitlists and clinical resources
• Promote family-inclusive, culturally safe and youth-focused practice
• Work with schools, health professionals and community organisations to strengthen referral pathways
• Maintain a small caseload, providing assessment, intervention and ongoing care

About You

• Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist or Occupational Therapist, or AASW eligibility as a Social Worker, or relevant Division 1 Mental Health Nursing registration
• Extensive experience providing holistic mental health care
• Demonstrated clinical and operational leadership experience
• Experience providing clinical supervision and/or mentoring
• Strong understanding of mental health and social & emotional wellbeing for First Nations young people
• Strong communication, clinical decision-making and risk management skills
