Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Clinical Liaison in Jacksonville & surrounding areas. The Clinical Liaison will interface with healthcare providers, patients, and organizations to promote infusion therapy services, coordinate care transitions, and support business development by building relationships and identifying opportunities for growth. Responsibilities include case management, facilitating home care arrangements, and collaborating with teams to provide exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Case Management and Home Care to effectively coordinate patient care and services
• Proficiency in Sales and Business Development to drive growth and establish strong industry relationships
• Background in Rehabilitation or related clinical experience is an asset
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration, or a related field is preferred
