What they need

As a Clinical Manager, you'll lead a talented clinical team delivering high-quality ABA therapy at your clinic. You'll be the heartbeat of your location — supporting BCBAs, RBTs, and other staff while ensuring every child on your caseload receives exceptional, individualized care. You'll partner closely with your Regional VP and local operations team to build a thriving, culture-driven practice.

The day to day difference!

  • Side-by-side support from experienced Regional VPs and Operations Managers.
  • Opportunity to mentor BCBAs and RBTs and build leadership capacity within your team.
  • Leadership pathways — we value building leadership from within our organization.
  • Collaboration with a large network of Clinical Managers across 12 states.
  • Manageable caseloads with a focus on clinical quality and staff wellbeing.

What You'll Do

Lead & Develop Your Team

  • Supervise BCBAs, RBTs, BTs, Apprentices, and more
  • Hold weekly 1:1s with BCBAs to support ongoing growth, share resources, and give meaningful feedback
  • Run monthly All-Staff meetings and foster open, transparent communication across the team
  • Champion a positive workplace culture — one rooted in Cultivate's mission and values
  • Mentor staff, resolve conflicts thoughtfully, and advocate for the resources your team needs

Oversee Clinical Quality

  • Review treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) before submission to insurances
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations (at least every 6 months)
  • Ensure all clinical documentation — supervision hours, billable notes, and authorizations — is accurate and submitted on time
  • Develop targeted training to address skill gaps and continuously elevate clinical standards

Manage Operations

  • Set and review caseload assignments for BCBAs and RBTs
  • Collaborate with Intake and Outreach Coordinators to meet regional intake goals and onboard new clients smoothly
  • Keep the clinic clean, stocked, and within budget — and ensure in-home/community providers have what they need
  • Monitor authorized hours and work with BCBAs to maximize service fulfillment

Build Family & Community Relationships

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for families at the start of services
  • Seek regular feedback from families and staff to continuously improve satisfaction
  • Represent the organization at public speaking and community networking events

Compensation with your well-being in mind!

  • Salary Range: $90,000 to $98,000
  • Performance based bonus structure
  • Medical, Dental, Vision for you and your dependents
  • 401k (with company contributions)
  • Flexible PTO program – Enjoy 23 days of paid holidays and personal days off in your first year with more added with tenure
  • Financial PDU support

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of progressive experience including supervision and case management.
  • At least 3 years working in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Master’s degree in ABA or a related field.
  • BCBA certification and state licensure preferred.
  • Passionate about behavioral science and disseminating best practices and current research within the field of ABA.
  • Commitment to professional growth and ongoing learning.
  • Reliable transportation.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • A natural leader who communicates with clarity, empathy, and confidence.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • A strategic thinker who can balance clinical quality with fiscal responsibility.
  • Comfortable presenting to both internal teams and external audiences.
  • Collaborative and adaptable across diverse teams and settings.
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week), including some flexibility regarding schedule changes required to accommodate patient and staff needs.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with ABA data collection tools.
  • Ability to successfully complete and pass a Background and Drug Screen.
