Clinical Manager

Located in the beautiful Nelson region, this medium sized aged care facility is open to a senior Clinical Manager or a senior RN to influence & drive positive outcomes all levels of residential care. With a supportive Facility Manager to guide you, this allows you to further your nursing leadership career.

What You Have To Do:

• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the care team
• Promote best clinical practices & continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and key stakeholders
• Coordinate staffing rosters, actively be involved in all aspects of human resource management

• Salary $115-$125k range based on experience
• Monday to Friday role, 40 hours per week

What You Have To Have:

• Be a current NZ Registered Nurse with APC
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and support a team
• Previous experience aged care nursing desirable
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of clinical governance, best practice, and quality improvement
