About the Role
Alora Supports is hiring a Clinical Manager in Omaha, NE, to oversee clinical programming for adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). You’ll manage a caseload of about 30 individuals receiving Medicaid waiver (HCBS) services. You’ll also be the main point of contact for families, guardians and service coordinators.

This is a hybrid role, with some days in our Omaha office and some days working from home. Travel to client homes and community settings is required.

Responsibilities

• Write and monitor habilitation programs and safety plans that align with each person’s person-centered plan goals.
• Attend person-centered plan meetings and advocate for each person’s needs.
• Train and coach Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) using Behavioral Skills Training (BST).
• Keep documentation in Therap and AxisCare compliant with Nebraska DHHS requirements.
• Review incident reports and work with the clinical team during clinical rounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in developmental disability services, HCBS, case management or behavior support.
• Experience writing habilitation programs, safety plans or behavior support plans preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, special education, or a related field, or at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferred.
• Strong organization, communication and follow-through.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
